CBDream's internationalization project aims to expand the company's presence in the European market for CBD and hemp products, strengthening its digital e-commerce platform. This project is supported by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) and co-financed by the European Union .
Project objectives
- Expand CBDream's online store to other European countries, namely Spain and France.
- Optimizing the digital platform to support multiple languages.
- Develop educational content and digital marketing strategies.
- Strengthen the brand's presence and recognition in Europe.
Expected Results (Goals and Indicators)
- Implemented features: Introduction of 15 new critical features in the online store, including Upsell/Cross-sell systems, Marketing Automation, Informative and educational Blog, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Geographic Reach: Effective coverage of 2 new international markets (Spain and France) with dedicated digital marketing campaigns.
- Commercial Performance: Achieve an annual turnover of €25,000 through international digital channels.
- Operational Efficiency: Full integration of European logistics and multilingual customer support.
