These Commercial Terms and Conditions establish the rules for accessing and using this website www.cbdream.pt, which is owned by the Sole Trader Sebastião Reis, with tax address at Rua Guedes de Oliveira, 4435-275 Rio Tinto. Hereinafter, it will be referred to by the trade name CBDream Portugal.
The service of CBDream Portugal consists of making available and supplying a set of products and/or services, to allow the user, who is granted client status, to order and purchase online the products presented therein.

CBDream Portugal cannot be held responsible for the eventual undue use of such products.

After the payment is completed, CBDream Portugal will proceed with a standard verification, so that it is possible to process and send the order. The customer will receive an e-mail confirming that the order has been paid, as well as the corresponding invoice.
Conditions of purchase on CBDream Portugal : Product availability
All products and/or services available on CBDream Portugal can be purchased, except in cases of stockout or limitation, as well as for custom-made products, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but, in these circumstances, they will be duly identified on CBDream Portugal .
In case the product becomes unavailable after the purchase has been completed, CBDream Portugal undertakes to contact the customer, by phone or e-mail, as quickly as possible to expedite the process with them.
Fees and taxes
On CBDream Portugal the prices shown are in Euros (€) , with the applicable VAT rates and taxes in accordance with current law, which are already included in the displayed price.
Order cancellation
The customer may cancel an order placed while it is being processed. It is requested that you inform CBDream Portugal through the following e-mail contact: geral@cbdream.pt .
If the cancellation request was made after the order has been dispatched, it will be forwarded for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse to accept it. CBDream Portugal is not responsible for possible delays in processing order cancellations.
CBDream Portugal reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond the control of CBDream Portugal .
Free Resolution
The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
If the customer wishes to terminate the contract, they may do so through the e-mail geral@cbdream.pt or by filling in the contact form available on CBDream Portugal .
When terminating the contract within the legal period, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any offers that accompany the main product. CBDream Portugal must refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form.
The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and where the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree-Law no. 24/2014.

By creating and using the account on CBDream Portugal , the customer is responsible for maintaining the account, confidentiality, and all activity originating from their account.
By creating the user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most updated version.
CBDream Portugal is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures or any other problems that prevent access and proper functioning of the online store.
